Today just to see what she'd do I gave Elana a milk arrowroot biscuit for mornign tea -- My friend gives her child mushed up milk arrowroot biscuits with applesauce instead of rice cereal because neither of her children liked rice cereal but I gave Elana a whole milk arrowroot biscuit (cookie) - I put it in her mouth so she knew to eat it and she took it off me and put it in her mouth and proceeded to gnaw on it like she does a rusk - and really its a softer sweeter rusk.

But the funny thing was when she stopped sucking on it and started looking at it -- holding it out to read the words written on it Milk Arrowroot - she smiled held it out to me where I shook my head and said You eat it sweetie and she put it back in her mouth and set about bouncing her way over to pull the controller off the xbox - with the biscuit in her mouth.

I think they're a hit

Little children are so cute when they do that.

you know what i bet she actually read it, calculated the area of the biscuit in square millimetres and worked out the polynomial equation of the curve of the biscuit's edge... i swear that child is a genius and is just teasing us with her goos and gaas.

i'd put money on the fact she'll win a nobel prize one day. please give her some kisses and talk to her in a weird voice for me!!
