but it was a good thing

Last Thursday I was talking to Nick on msn while surfing Joeuser and I read Muggaz's Michael Moore article almost as soon as it popped up in the recent articles section and I told Nick to read it and tell me how I felt about it - because I couldn't aryiculate a political discussion - he told me but I couldn't even articulate what HE was saying - so then he posted as himself and while he didn't say much or anything that I thought I wanted to say but couldn't and didn't articulate - it gave me a pang of pride to see my husband commenting on JU.

Another topic for another time.

So while I'm talking to him and stuff it's about 1pm I guess after a bit he says I have to go to a meeting I'll be back in about an hour and ahalf two hours and I say okay sure, and meanwhile I get on with my day, Elana's bottle, the Nanny etc and half way through trying to wrestle Elana into drinking her bottle the door bell rings.

So I reluctantly get off the couch taking the baby with me and cursing under my breath at the door to door salesman/ person looking for someone who lives in 43A and not 43 when I open the door and
It's Nick holding a package of 44 crawler Nappies and a dozen roses and grinning like a cheshire cat. Surprise - I'll say
